Bo reminds Carly that the Alamains are after her, EJ tells Stefano enough, and Sami demands the truth from Mia.
Carly and Bo walk into his bedroom and Bo tells her it's where she will stay. Carly opposes but Bo says it’s the most secure room, and he’d stay on the couch. Carly wants to call Justin for help, but Bo refuses since Justin’s living at Victor’s house. Bo reminds her of her history with Victor. Bo vents about Victor but Carly insists they should still call Justin. Bo says he will make the initial contact and tells Carly to stay out of sight. He reminds her that the Alamains are after her, and if they find her, "It's over."
At the Brady Pub, Hope watches Ciara and tells Justin that Ciara is completing a collage of everything she is grateful for, but not including her as she is upset with Hope for moving out. Justin goes to play with Ciara and Hope joins them. Ciara shows Hope a picture on Justin's phone that they took of her and Justin tells Hope that Ciara will be including her in the collage. Hope and Ciara embrace. Hope thanks Justin and her and Ciara leave. Justin gets a call from Bo, who says he needs to see him right away.
Brady questions Victor about his accusation that Arianna is a drug dealer. Brady accuses Victor of making up lies to control his life. Victor tells Brady to think if he’s ever seen anything related to drugs around Arianna. Brady recalls the cocaine he found at the Pub. Victor knows how hard Brady worked to kick his drug habit, and doesn’t want him to fall off the wagon because of Arianna. Brady storms out and tells Victor to stay out of his life!
Stefano asks EJ why he won’t take Sydney back, but EJ says he’s not the father. Stefano insists that he is the father in every way that counts. He reminds EJ that Mia said Chad isn’t the father, but EJ yells, “Enough! Enough of Mia’s lies, enough of Nicole’s lies. I am out!” EJ says from now on, he’s calling the shots. EJ will have no more Nicole or Sydney drama, as he gets enough from Sami. Stefano asks what kind of life EJ could have without Sydney or Nicole in it and EJ asks why this is so important to him. Stefano says because EJ was happiest with Nicole and Sydney. EJ tells him that that was destroyed with lies and deceit. Stefano reminds him that Nicole was desperately in love with him enough to move heaven and earth to give him the child he wanted, while Sami lied to him about Grace. EJ says that Sami is irrelevant to this conversation but Stefano wants to make sure EJ won’t regret his mistakes with Nicole. EJ insists that Nicole and the baby are out of his life, “End of story!” Stefano says he has something to say that will change his mind. Stefano asks what if Sydney was his child. EJ says if that were so, he’d want her back, but that would mean having Nicole back and he’d have to have the same arrangement as he does with Sami. Stefano fumes at Sami's name, but EJ says they’ll always be connected through Johnny, and he doesn’t have that with Nicole. EJ storms out.
Rafe and Arianna go over his plan to gather Sami’s DNA for the test. Rafe is sure that Sydney is Sami’s baby. Rafe says it’s time for the truth to come out.
Nicole comforts Mia at the park with Sydney. Nicole tells her she did the right thing as Sami walks in and asks if Nicole is telling Mia that telling Chad about Chicago was the right thing to do. Sami asks Mia if it’s true and asks Nicole if she knew that Mia had slept around. Nicole says that Mia just told her, but Sami can’t believe that her telling everyone about Chicago was the right thing to do. Nicole thinks it’s a good thing that her past came out, but Sami insists that Mia hurt a lot of people with this news. Mia says the last thing she wanted to do was hurt everyone. Sami vents and asks how Mia could hurt Will with her lies. Nicole reminds Sami they all made mistakes and were able to fix them, so Mia deserves this chance too. Sydney starts to cry and Sami suggests Nicole take her home. Nicole is hesitant but Sami insists she will be fine now that she’s vented. Nicole tells Mia that what she did was the right thing, and leaves. Sami tells Mia that the paternity test is tomorrow and asks what would happen if Chad really is the father. Mia just hopes he’s not so Nicole could keep Sydney. Sami compassionately says that Mia made a major sacrifice for Nicole. Sami couldn’t do what Mia did, even if it meant that her kids would have a better life. Mia says she did a good job, especially with Will. Mia still loves Will and asks if there’s any way he could forgive her. Sami says she’d have to ask Will. Sami gets a call from Arianna, who asks her to come over. Sami apologizes for being hard on Mia before and Mia says she understands. Sami gives her a hug and leaves.
Lucas calls Will and asks him what’s going on with Mia. Will says Mia's not only a liar, but that she also slept around.
Rafe enters Sami’s apartment and sees Nicole’s luggage. He takes Sydney’s teething ring as a sample, but as Nicole walks in with Sydney, Rafe hides behind the couch and spies. Nicole looks for Sydney’s teething ring until she gets a call from Stefano, and asks if he has news. Stefano tells her to come to the DiMera mansion. She tells Sydney that Stefano will make everything right for them, and leaves. Rafe wonders why Stefano is on Nicole’s side.
Sami visits Arianna and sees Rafe’s hat and asks if Rafe is back. Arianna says she was cleaning and found it. Sami asks if she’s heard from him, but Arianna says Rafe will call when he’s ready. Sami asks what she wanted to talk about. Arianna says Caroline and suggests that she should retire. Sami says Caroline would never retire and asks if this was the urgent matter, as Brady storms in and tells Arianna they need to talk right now. Sami excuses herself and Brady slams the door. Arianna starts to dial someone and Brady grabs the phone from her and demands to know what she’s been hiding. Brady starts to rummage though her things and asks her where the cocaine is.
Mia sees Will at the Java Café and says even though he is angry with her, she loves him. She asks him if there’s any way he could forgive her, even if she doesn't deserve it. Will says she doesn’t deserve to be forgiven and walks off.
Bo meets Justin at the pub and tells him he has a friend who needs advice, and that he’s counting on Justin to be discreet. As Justin’s phone rings, he asks if it’s a criminal case but Bo interrupts him, asking why Hope’s picture is on his phone. Justin explains he took the picture for Ciara’s collage then asks Bo what his friend is charged with and who it is. Bo says it’s Carly.
Hope joins Victor in his living room and says she needs to go back to the house to look for a picture of Ciara and Chelsea. Victor wonders if she’ll run into Bo but Hope admits she hopes to as she misses Bo. Victor tells her to go see him and not hurry back. Hope happily walks off.
Hope enters her house and finds the picture. She wonders if Bo went to bed early and runs upstairs. She enters their bedroom but sees Carly in her bed!
Nicole arrives at the DiMera’s and asks Stefano if there’s progress with EJ, but Stefano says it may be impossible to get him to take them back. Stefano says Sydney is the priority, but Nicole urges him not to tell EJ that Sami is Sydney’s mother. Stefano reassures Nicole they could still win this!
Rafe takes Sami’s tooth brush as a sample and leaves her apartment then bumps into a surprised Sami in the hallway!
